If the product arrives damaged, we will refund completely the product. To obtain this refund or a product return you have to send us a photo by e-mail of the damaged product and still into the box of transport. You also have to take a photo of the box of transport to see if the box was damaged by the carrier. You have to make the complaint in 10 days of opening of the parcel.
If you do not wish for a refund but rather to receive another identical product, you will have to pay the expenses of delivery if it is Marc Cossette Inc who paid these expenses for the initial order. If it is you who paid the expenses of delivery, we shall take them under our responsibility.
The same conditions apply if a product would have been forgotten to be put in your order that is the product will be paid off to you but if however you wish that we send you the product you will have to pay the expenses of delivery if it is Marc Cossette Inc who paid the expenses of delivery of the order. Should the opposite occur, Marc Cossette Inc will pay the expenses of delivery if it is you who paid the expenses of delivery for this product.
Discount vouchers are not applicable on all the products. Certain exceptions apply. Other products can be added without advance notice. According to the current promotions, it is possible that the discount voucher is not applicable if you have articles in your order which are on special offer.
